How to process orders

Once a shopper pick you as a payer, Bitshopee will notify you through email and browser notification. (pls make sure email and browser notification are opened)

1. Click "Confirm" on the payer workbench to take the order.

2. Pay the fiat to as instructed within the deadline.

3. After you completed the payment, Click "Finished, Next".

4. Click "Confirm" to agree to the request from Bitshopee SmartContract, which will enable Bitshopee SmartContract to auto-release the locked tokens to your wallet once the shopper confirms your payment.

4. Now please wait for the shopper to confirm the ecommerce bill has been paid.

5. a, Once the shopper confirmed the payment, you will get the due cryptos. Please go check your wallet to see if you have received the tokens.

b, If the shopper didn't confirm the payment within the deadline, please click "Get Tokens" button to get your tokens.
